Amazon’s pricing practices allegedly created a price floor and restricted price competition for retail e-commerce throughout the internet. The defendants are Amazon.com, Inc. and its related companies.

Case Status

The Court has heard the plaintiffs’ motion to certify the case as a class proceeding. The Court has stayed part of the claim of Ms. Difederico only for her own purchases on amazon.ca. The Court’s stay decision is on appeal.
